Of course you can! We'd be happy to speak to you regarding an existing order, to provide further information about our products or delivery arrangements, or take your order. Can I fax you?
You're welcome to fax us on 01382 575413, or, if you're outside of the UK, on +44 1382 575413. Please clearly mark your document "For the attention of thepeoplesfriend.co.uk" and please include your contact details.

How can I be sure that my online purchase is secure?
The "https" address prefix in the address bar & the padlock symbol in your browser taskbar (or address bar depending on the browser you are using) indicates that you are using a secure connection.

How can I be sure that my online order has been accepted?
We will e-mail you to confirm receipt of your order.

When I order a subscription, how do I know which is the first issue I'll receive?
You may specify your first issue when you place your order. This may be up to several months in the future.

How do I renew an existing subscription online?
Just click on the "My Subscription" button on the homepage and enter your Subscription Account Number and Surname or Postcode to log-in. Once logged-in, just click on "Renew" in the menu bar and follow the instructions.

Can I pay by Direct Debit?

Yes you can. Just add Direct Debit items to your basket and enter your bank sort-code and account number into our secure payment page. We accept Direct Debit payments from UK bank accounts for all subscription orders and paying in this way ensures that you get the best possible price.

What currencies are accepted?
All online prices and transactions are in pounds sterling. If you are buying overseas, your credit card provider will convert the charge to your local currency, based on that day's exchange rate. For orders made by post we do accept cheques in US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand Dollars.

Can I order magazine subscriptions as a gift for someone else?
Yes, we will be happy to deliver your order to anyone else, anywhere in the world!
