Keep Your Brain Powered With Online Learning!

online learning

If you’re at a loss for things to do indoors during the current coronavirus outbreak, why not try a little online learning?

Everything feels a little strange just now, and our normal routines have been somewhat thrown into the air.

The thought of staying at home for a long period of time can seem quite daunting, and suddenly you may have lots of time to fill. There’s only so much “Homes Under The Hammer” a person can take!

Online learning is a great opportunity to get those little grey cells working. There are two resources that I’ve used in the past: FutureLearn and Coursera.

Both offer and absolute wealth of different courses provided by universities around the world, and lots of them are free.

You can do basic ones or more challenging ones, and there’s support all the way through.

FutureLearn has 14 different categories, and Coursera has over 3,900 courses. You can even work towards recognised degrees as well!

If you don’t fancy that, remember we’ve got lots of brilliant book reviews here. These great titles will keep you entertained.

If you’re worried about picking up your copy of “The People’s Friend” from the shops, remember you can subscribe here.

A digital subscription will even allow you to download every issue to your laptop, tablet or phone. Click here for more details.
