A few of you asked for a recipe, and it seemed to evoke strong memories for most of you. Here as promised is a recipe for you to follow if you are so inclined.
I picked a video, as I like to follow recipe videos for new recipes, as sometimes it makes it easier to see what a recipe should look like, and keeps me on track.
This video by Carol Loch, gives you step by step instructions to make this famous traditional Scottish pudding. I could almost smell the delicious spices when I was watching it!
