Simon believes that being in a wheelchair should not prevent anyone from being able to see the best of Scotland, and his company has opened up a world of possibilities for people with disabilities.
Root Soup

We visit Root Soup with Dawn Geddes. The innovative initiative in Belfast brings together service users with disabilities and local homeless people to cook.
The organisation has now expanded beyond simple soups to provide a full menu. In fact, up to 115 isolated or lonely locals are fed by Root Soup every week at a community meal.
